Soak time: overnight or 2 hours

1 ripe banana, mashed
1 tablespoon Chia Protein Powder
1/2 teaspoon Natural Anti-Inflammatory Powder
1/4 teaspoon Sweet Delight
1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
3/4 cup water

Suggested Toppings:

Fresh or frozen fruit
Coconut flakes
Ceylon Cinnamon
Chai Delight
Nuts and seeds
Melted chocolate


Mix all ingredients well with a fork.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to overnight.
Serve in a bowl with your favourite toppings, warm it up in a pot, or bring it to the office in a glass jar.
