You Can Make These Chocolates Ahead of Time and Take them Where ever You Go: School, Gym, Work, Friends, Parties etc. Try Carrying a Couple of These Around with You to Snack on Throughout the Day or as a Pre or Post-Workout Snack.

Oh yes! Our Blueberry Chai Protein Chocolates are Made with All-Natural and Raw Ingredients.

Since this Recipe Makes Quite a Few Yummy Treats, We Usually Store them in the Freezer, But You Can Also Store them in the Fridge for Up to a Week...That is if They Last that Long.

Blueberry Chai Protein Chocolates.

Ingredients.

2 Cups of Nuts or Seeds (We used Wildcrafted Brazil Nuts).
1/2 Cup of Dates.
6 Tbsp of Mayan Mayan Magic (Chai) Protein Powder.
1 Cup of Blueberries (We used Frozen).
1 Tsp Vanilla.
Zest of 1 Lemon.
1/4 Tsp of Sea Salt.

Chocolate Coating.

1/2 Cup of Coconut Oil.
1/2 Cup of Cacao Powder.
1/4 Tsp of Sea Salt.
2 Tablespoons of Sweet Delight.

This is Another One of Those, Throw Everything into the Food Processor and You’re Good to Go Kind of Recipes.

Add the Nuts or Seeds to Your Food Processor and Process Until Crumbly.

Combine Nuts or Seeds with Dates and Blueberries and Process Until All Ingredients have Broken Down and Are a Bit Sticky.

Add in Mayan Magic Protein Powder, Lemon Zest and Vanilla Extract.

Process Until All Ingredients Come Together. If Too Wet You Can Add Some Chia Protein Powder or Oats to Soak Up.

Line a Tray with Baking Paper and Press the Mixture Evenly into the Tray. Store in Freezer While You are Making the Raw Chocolate.

Melt the Coconut Oil and Prepare Your Chocolate by Either Mixing Everything in a Blender or in a Bowl.

Once the Mixture is Very Cold, Gently Put them into Your Preferred Sizes and Shapes. Submerge Each Piece in the Chocolate and Return to the Parchment Paper.

Store in the Fridge Until Set. If You are Impatient use the Freezer.
