Chai Latte Bounty Bars
A Raw Decadent Vegan, Chai Latte Coconut Bounty Bar. You'd Never Guess that they are a Yummy Whole-Food Sugar & Gluten Free Nourishing Wellness Treat.
These Chocolate Bars, Come in Three Different Flavours, If You Want! Have a Look on the Very Bottom.
Makes 12-15 Bars.
2 1/2 Cups Coconut, Desiccated.
2 Cups Gluten Free Oats (or Regular Oats).
1 1/2 Tablespoons Sweet Delight.
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil.
1/2 Cup Water, Lukewarm (Or Your Favourite Milk Alternative).
3 Tablespoons Mayan Magic Protein Powder.
2 Tablespoons Chai Delight.
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil.
1 Tsp Mayan Magic Protein Powder.
Combine All Ingredients, Except Desiccated Coconut and Oats in a Blender.
In a Food Processor, Blend the Desiccated Coconut and Oats for a 1 Minute, Then Add the Blended Liquid Mixture Until Combined.
Shape the Mixture into 12 Bars and then Place on a Tray Lined with Parchment Paper. Transfer to the Freezer for at Least 30 Minutes.
In the Meantime Melt the Coconut Oil and Prepare Your Chocolate by Either Mixing Everything in a Blender or in a Bowl.
Once the Bars are Hardened, Gently Submerge Each Bar in the Chocolate and Return to the Parchment Paper.
Drizzle Some Melted Coconut Oil or Cacao Butter and a Dust of Mayan Magic Protein Powder.
Store in the Fridge Until Set. If You are Impatient Use the Freezer.
