Chick Pea & Kale Bowl - Raw Recipe
Our Vegan Chick Pea & Kale Veggie Bowl Recipe is Simple & Quick to Make! Great for Nourishing & Fuelling an Active & Satisfying, Holistic Lifestyle.
1/2 of Cup Chic Peas.
4–5 of Stalks Kale, Stemmed.
2–3 of Stalks Chard.
1 of Tbsp Curry Powder.
1 of Tsp Paprika Powder
1 Tbsp of Sesame Seeds or Tahini Paste.
2 Tbsp of Chopped Almonds.
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil.
1⁄2 Lemon, Juiced.
Fresh Ground Pepper.
Optional: 1 Tsp Maca Parmesan.
If Using Raw Chic Peas, In a Pot, Warm Chic Peas with a Little Bit of Water, A Pinch of Sea Salt, and the Curry and Paprika Powder. Allow the Chic Peas to Absorb the Curry and Paprika Powder. They Should Take on a Naturally Yellow Tint.
If Using Canned Chic Peas, Then Simply Heat Them Lightly in a Pot with a Little Water.
Either Way, At the Same Time, Steam the Kale and Chard So they Soften. In a Bowl, Add Chic Peas and Top with the Steamed Kale and Chard. Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds and Almonds Pieces.
Drizzle Olive Oil and Fresh Squeezed Lemon Overtop, and Season with Fresh Ground Pepper.
