Pre Exercise Truffles.
½ Cup Rolled Oats.
7 TBSP Organic Golden Turmeric Latte Powder.
2 TBSP Organic Caramelised Coconut Sugar or Your Favourite Sweetener.
¼ Cup Sunflower Seeds.
2 TBSP Flax Seeds.
¼ Cup Desiccated Coconut.
2 TBSP Organic Chia Seed.
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence.
¾ Cup Water.
1-2 TBSP Organic Golden Turmeric Latte Powder.
Combine coating ingredients in a little bowl and set aside.
Combine All Dry Ingredients in a Food Processor and Process for about 15 Seconds Until Dry Mixture is Chunky.
Add Water and Vanilla Essence and process immediately for another 15 Seconds or until well combined.
Roll mixture into Tablespoon sized Balls and Place on a Tray Lined with Parchment Paper.
Refrigerate Uncovered for at least 2 hours.
Optional: Dust Balls with Turmeric Latte Powder.
Store in an Airtight Container in the Fridge for up to 1 Week.
