Green Lemonade Smoothie
When you feel it's a hot and long summer you should take advantage of getting those healthy ingredients into your system.
You can drink this at least 4-5 x a week, either for breakfast, post workout or late afternoon pick me up. You'll love it. With all the limes and ice cubes, it’s incredibly refreshing and you’d never even know it wasn’t sweetened with fruit.
1/2 cucumber, sliced
2 tsp Extreme Greens, Instant Raw Juice
3-4 limes, peeled & sliced (adjust to desired amount) (alternatively: 1-2 lemons)
1/2 teaspoon Ceylon Cinnamon
1 dash of Stevia (or sweetener of choice)
6-8 ice cubes
In blender, add all ingredients including peeled & sliced limes or lemons and blend on high speed until smooth.
If it’s too think, simply add about 1/2 cup of cold water.
Once it’s all blended, pour into a large glass and enjoy!
