1/2 a ripe avocado
2 tsp Green Delight, Instant Green Juice

1 Tbsp Lush Protein Powder

½ cucumber
250ml water
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 Tbsp soaked almonds
1 Tbsp soaked cashews
1 Tbsp sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp Chia Protein (alternatively: Chia seeds)

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend at a high speed until smooth.
