Ingredients for 15 Pralines:

BASE
1/2 cup Brazil Nuts (or your choice of nuts/seeds)
1/2 cup Coconut, desiccated
2 Tbsp Olympian Fire Protein Powder (or your choice of Chocolate protein powder)
2 tsp Hot Chocolate (or cacao powder)
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
TOPPING

1 cup Peanut butter (or 250g Raw Organic Peanuts to make your own Peanut Butter)
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1/4 tsp Sea Salt (or your favourite salt)

Line a small container (approx. 10 x 10cm) with baking paper.
For the base, process all ingredients in a food processor and mix until everything is well combined (save some crumbs for decoration :). Press the mixture firmly into the prepared container and set aside in the fridge.
To make the topping mix all ingredients together in a small bowl until well combined. Spread the mixture over the base, then put the container back into the fridge for a few hours until set.
Once set, remove from container and cut into bite size pieces with a sharp knife and decorate each praline with some crumbs you saved from the base.
Store in the fridge or freezer.
Note: If you do make your own Peanut Butter save some Peanut Crumbs for Decoration.
