Pre Workout Bounty Bars - Recipe - Eternal Delight

A Decadent Vegan, Pre-Workout Coconut Bounty Bar. You'd Never Guess that they are a Yummy, Healthy & Raw, Whole-Food Sugar & Gluten Free Nourishing Treat.

These chocolate bars, come in three different flavours - if you want! Have a look on the very bottom :)
Makes approx. 12-15 bars.
2 1/2 cups coconut, desiccated
2 cups gluten free oats (or regular oats)
1 1/2 tablespoons  Sweet Delight
1/4 cup  Coconut Oil 
1/2 cup water, lukewarm (or your favourite milk alternative)
2 teaspoons Pre Power
1 teaspoon Natural Anti-Inflammatory


1/4 cup  Coconut Oil
1/4 cup Cacao Powder
pinch sea salt
1 tablespoon Sweet Delight


Decorative Drizzle
1 tablespoon  Coconut Oil
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder


Combine all ingredients except of desiccated coconut and oats in a blender.
In a food processor, blend the desiccated coconut and oats for a 1 minute then add the blended liquid mixture until combined. 
Shape the mixture into approx. 12 bars and place on a tray lined with parchment paper. Transfer to the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
In the meantime melt the coconut oil and prepare your chocolate by either mixing everything in a blender or in a bowl. 
Once the bars are hardened, gently submerge each bar in the chocolate and return to the parchment paper. Drizzle with some melted coconut oil or cacao butter and a dust of Turmeric.
Store in the fridge until set. If you are impatient use the freezer ;)
